SecureVM – Terms and Conditions

By using services provided by SecureVM, you agree to the following:

1.1 Server Usage

SecureVM reserves the right to suspend any server used for website hosting.

This agreement is strictly between the client and SecureVM, to be accepted during contract signing or online order placement.

SecureVM does not actively monitor user content but may suspend or inspect services if illegal activity is reported or required by authorities.

Use of illegal software or infringement of intellectual property rights may result in service suspension upon receipt of a formal complaint.

1.2 Script Selling Terms

All PHP scripts purchased from SecureVM become the property of the buyer, subject to the accompanying license agreement.

Each script includes a license agreement that defines usage terms. Buyers must comply with these terms.

Script modification is allowed unless explicitly forbidden by the license.

Reselling or distributing scripts without written consent from SecureVM is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Hosting Terms

Shared hosting content must comply with legal standards.

Upon receiving complaints about illegal content, SecureVM may suspend the related server and notify the client.

1.4 Server Terms

Servers are guaranteed continuous internet access and power, barring issues caused by clients or external datacenter disruptions.

Hardware replacement is assured within 2 days after issue reporting, excluding OS/software installations.

All IP addresses provided are non-transferable and remain SecureVM property.

2.1 Payment Terms

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Invoice reminders will be sent prior to the due date.

Overdue invoices may result in service suspension or termination without data recovery rights.

2.2 Service Orders & Termination

SecureVM may reject service orders without justification.

Clients can request service details only after full payment.

Services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3.1 Privacy Commitment

SecureVM is committed to protecting client data, except when disclosure is formally requested by a government agency.

3.2 Legal Responsibility

Clients agree to indemnify SecureVM against legal actions, damages, or losses resulting from their service usage.

3.3 Agreement Updates

SecureVM reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing updates regularly.

4.1 Ownership & Usage

Buyers may use scripts for personal or commercial purposes, per the script's license.

4.2 License Agreement

Buyers must read and follow the script's license agreement.

4.3 Modifications

Scripts may be modified unless restricted by the license.

4.4 Distribution & Resale

Distribution or resale is prohibited without SecureVM's written permission.

4.5 Support & Updates

Support and updates are available as described in the script's license, possibly with additional fees.

4.6 Refunds

Sales are final. Refunds are only issued if a technical issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe.

4.7 Compatibility

Buyers are responsible for verifying server compatibility before purchase.

4.8 Delivery

Upon successful payment, buyers receive download access. Accurate contact info is required for timely delivery.

4.9 Script Security

While SecureVM secures its scripts, buyers must implement additional security measures as needed.

4.10 Term Updates

SecureVM may update script sales terms at any time. Clients should review terms periodically.

5.1 Content Compliance

Clients must ensure their content complies with all applicable laws.

Overuse of server resources may lead to suspension.

5.2 Script Security (Reiterated)

SecureVM implements security protocols, but clients are responsible for reinforcing them.

5.3 VPN Server Hosting

Hosting of VPN services is strictly prohibited due to legal restrictions on our infrastructure.
